Spoke with Mr. Houghton. He said he rated his overall experience with this business a 5 because of Troy, the person who helped him. When he was handed the estimate he asked if there was someone who could go over the vehicle with him and explain the items on the estimate, and what had to be done. Troy brought him over to his vehicle and went over every bit of damage, and explained everything. Troy even showed him the parts that needed to be replaced. He added that Troy was very helpful and he understood exactly what was explained to him. He mentioned he got his vehicle back 2 days early. The appearance of this business exceeded his expectations.
