Spoke with Jewell. She said rated them 5 overall because she'd had work done before and she'd been extremely pleased with them. Also, her children and grandchildren have all been pleased with their work. She was satisfied with the paint work, but she found a new little scratch. Matt asked if it had been there before the vehicle was brought in, and when she said it hadn't been, he told her he'd take care of it. Tomorrow they're going to pick up the vehicle, fix the scratch and deliver it back to her. There was no argument or anything, and her whole experience was excellent.
