Norman stated that he was so pleased with the work that the business did he would give them a 10 on a 1 to 5 scale. He mentioned that he was very pleased with the work that was done to the vehicle. Norman added that the work was done faster than promised. He said that the place of business was better in appearance than what he expected, mentioning that it was bigger and nicer. Norman explained that he was taken back by how nice and how fast that they got the vehicle done. He wishes that he would have found this business sooner when he had his other accidents.
