Victor said they did additional damage to his vehicle while it was at the business. There were dents and scratches in the driver's door and the trunk. They used touch up paint on the areas but did not repair the dents. The repairs to the vehicle took 4 days longer than expected. They were waiting for an inspector from the insurance company to check the repairs. He would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated.
