Brent said he was greatly impressed because they had a clean environment and good communication, were professional and accommodating, and treated him well. He stated that the delay in service was not the business's fault for there was additional damage behind the bumper that was not visible. He did not specify the length of the delay. They were great to contact him right away to inform him of the additional damage. He was very pleased with his service and said he would definitely return if needed.
