Bridget said she wishes she had received updates on the status of her repairs. She brought her vehicle in on a Friday and was told it would be ready on Monday. She had to call and find out it would be done at the end of the day. It was not convenient for her to coordinate picking up her vehicle and dropping off her rental vehicle. She noticed a strong paint smell when she picked up her vehicle as well.
