Spoke with Israel. He said when he picked up his vehicle the trunk was not closing right. He complained and the guy at the business told him it was the best he could do, and assumed the trunk was broken before the accident. His vehicle was ready 1 day later than promised because of a parts delay. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel for the above reasons.
