Spoke with Jane. Jane said she was not happy with her overall experience because they go over board on the work and they do not tell the customer until the work is done. This is the third time this has happened. It was supposed to be an oil change, but they did other things and did not tell her what they were going to do before they did them. The bill was about $300 and it was a shock. She thought it would be around the cost of the oil change. Because of what happened on the visit, Jane will not recommend this business for service.
