Erick said he feels like this business screwed him over because he took the vehicle in for a small problem and when he picked the vehicle up there was a loud knocking, there was a lot of smoke and the vehicle is not working at all. The transmission is broken. For this reason he would not recommend this business for service.

Im sorry Erick that you feel that way, but by no intetion did we "screw" you. When the car was brought to us the first time for the transmission diagnostics i noticed that the car was three quarts low on oil. I notified you of this and you asked me not to put any oil in it, that you would bring your own. After replacing a faulty solenoid on the transmission, we waited for most of the day for you to bring us your oil. I eventually had to add oil to the correct level so that i could test drive the car and verify the fix. The transmission shifted well, and the engine ran fine. When the car was picked up i notified you of the severity of the oil leak, in which no corrective action was taken. A few days later the car was then brought back to our facility for the knock. The transmission is still operating within normal parameters. Erick, again Im sorry that you feel this way, but the repairs i performed on your car the first visit has your transmission operating normally. It is your engine that failed due to low oil level and lack of maintence.
