Spoke with Terry. She said she was upset that when she received her vehicle there was no gas in it. She stated that she felt since she spent a lot of money fixing her vehicle, they could have put some gas in the tank. In the past they have been great, but this experience was disappointing for the reason mentioned.

We do not have any policy of putting gas in the vehicle if we repair the vehicle unless customer has asked us to do so and pays for the fuel. Thanks for all the business.
