Alfredo said the business charged him $650 to clean out under his motor but it did not work so the business wanted to replace a part which will cost him $1200 but he has not had it done yet.

Good afternoon Alfredo,
Thanks for your review. We attempted to clean the evaprator core to allow better air flow through the vents. As we discussed, this attempt may or may not work. The price we quoted reflected a discount to help offset part of what you have already spent.
