Thayne said they did not resolve the problem with his air conditioner. He said the first time he took the vehicle to this business they fixed the initial problem, but he went there a second time because his air conditioner was not working properly. They told him they needed to try something else to see if it would work but it didn't. He said in the end they told him he needed to get a new compressor. He did not have a good experience. He said he would not recommend them based on this experience.
