Glenda is not happy with this business at all. She went here to have a toggle switch put in the vehicle because the dome light was out. She asked that the switch be mounted flush on the dash board. The business could not do that for some reason and put the switch right next to the emergency brake so it hits her knee when she gets in and out of the vehicle. Now because of the way that switch was mounted she does not have any dash lights and has to use a flashlight to see the speedometer. Glenda is most upset because the business did not call to discuss the way the new switch would be mounted and charged her $130 to do this. Glenda went back into the business to voice her displeasure and said the manager was right there and he just turned his head and acted like he did not see her. Glenda also would have thought the business would have offered to refund her money but all they said to her was for her to come back Monday and they would see what they could do. She is not sure if she wants this business doing anything else to her vehicle.
