"Irresponsible Erratic and Rude"
We set aside entire day (May 9) to drop off and pickup vehicle. We scheduled online as required and arrived early so that vehicle could be picked up May 9.

Clem, the manager called late May 9 saying it was not finished and we would have to wait until late May 10 - which was not possible as we were not available that day having set aside May 9 for the inspection. Subsequently, Clem agreed we could pick up May 11 instead.

When we arrived May 11, Clem complained about the delay muttering about how he had to move the vehicle around - even threatening to charge storage fees, completely disregarding the fact that his time mismanagement caused the delay.

On the way to the counter to complete our transaction, Clem rudely began a lengthy conversation with his employees. After 5 minutes, I interrupted and asked Clem to settle up so we could be on our way but he refused and continued on for another 10 minutes. even threatening to throw us out of the shop.

Finally, after settling up and leaving, we drove home and discovered that Clem failed to return extra key set for the vehicle. We had to return to retrieve the key set. He mumbled some sort of banal apology for our inconvenience.

I can't honestly say that we have ever experienced this level of incompetence and rudeness before.

Went in for first ever smog check on 2009 Subaru with PZEV engine Forester with 120K.... excellent service, may elect to use this vendor for regular maintanance
