"The people and work being done. "
i went to get the 80 thousand mile check up along with state inspection & emissions. I also asked about my car driving ruff. They did the inspection and explained what what was wrong with my car. They gave me a ride home while my car was being fixed. Later they called me that my car was finshed and sent someone to pick me up. The car drives great now. I have been going there for more than 15 years and always had great service.

"Always the best customer service!"
Every time I take my car in here to get serviced - everyone is just so nice and helpful. I'm so happy that I found this place and will continue to tell everyone about them. They are honest, which is huge for me when it comes to the car of my vehicle.

"Thank you - Again - For rescuing me"
The light switch malfunctioned Thursday evening on my commute home - stuck on high beams - which made me not at all popular with my fellow commuters. I called Chantilly Automotive in a panic on Friday morning; they took me right in, diagnosed the problem and replaced the switch - under warranty! I cannot thank everyone at Chantilly Automotive for taking such good care of me and my venerable (210,000 miles+) auto.

"Fast service and a fair price"
