"These people are easy to work with, particularly Chris."
I took my Passat TDI there for 40K service. The first 3 services were free at the dealership so this was the first time I had to pay for the service. The dealership quoted $990 for the service including transmission service. Originally, a guy quoted my husband $512 over the phone at Chantilly and we used to take our cars there so we jumped at it. Well, it turned out that the quote was wrong but we at least found out before they started any work. The final cost was still under $900 so I was pleased. I know I can count on Chantilly to do good work so I'm Pleased with the service and with their communications. I trust these guys. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the original estimate being wrong.
