pretty good
several good salespeople, some not as good. worked with a nice sales guy and my mom did too, for that reason i'd recommend them. that said, there are a few less then great guys to made the experience more overwhelming than it needed to be. i knew exactly what i wanted, how much i wanted to pay for it, and they were able to work with that and didn't push for the up-sale. purchase the car today, take delivery in the new day or two...that will be the final test. i'd probably go back, but i think i will be prepared to be overwhelmed again.

A good place to take your car for service.
Ever since coming to Washington I have gotten good service here. Never had a reason to go anywhere else.

Good, efficient, relatively painless.
My sales[erson kept ralking about how I'd evaluate him based on his service. He said "Chaplin" would speak with him if he didn;t get a good review. He was clearly more interested in his review than his service to me the customer--a bit unpleasant.

A happy Legacy owner.
I think Chaplin's Bellevue Subaru should be used by all other dealerships, including other Subaru dealerships, as a model to learn how it should be done.
I was always greeted with an enquiring smile rather than the pressured leer I've received at other dealerships.
I always felt like everyone from the sales staff to the maintenance department truly cared about my satisfaction and are happy to do what ever it takes to insure that end.
I had nothing but good experiences buying my new 2013 Legacy from Chaplin's Bellevue Subaru
I was always greeted with an enquiring smile rather than the pressured leer I've received at other dealerships.

Low pressure sales experience and trust in sales person.
Tried the Costco program with another dealer who was unresponsive.I was very particular about the model,options and color I wanted.Sales guy JR was willing to work with me and kept me up to date on the expected arrival of the car I wanted.Will definitely come back to Chaplins in the future.

The best service I have ever had...
I have never had a better experience buying a care before. This was the tops. Specifically Mike Sansone made it so. This is the 3rd car I have bought from him and he always makes it so easy and ir remarkably knowledgable.
