Overall I was satisfied with the service - as usual. I had to purchase a new battery which was not in stock - and so had to return to the shop...but it was quickly installed and is working fine. The owner even cleaned my car's floor mats. However, I am usually offered a senior discount - and this time I wasn't. Given that I spent far more than usual - not just the price of the oil change I went to the shop for - I thought I would at least receive the discount. I have a fixed income - spending $200 is a major hardship for me. But I had no choice.
