Nigel said he is still finding problems with his brakes. He said he will have to bring his vehicle back to this business because his brakes keep grinding.

We have spoken to Nigel this morning and assured him that the noise is normal during the break in period with a uni-directional brake rotor finish. After the explanation of the noise, Nigel agreed that no corrective action will be needed with the vehicle.
