Chang said the work took three more weeks because of communication problems with them and the insurance company. He was not kept adequately informed by this facility. They did not perform a final cleaning on something inside his vehicle. His company and the insurance company handled the estimate with this business. They were cleared to service the $2,500 worth of damage that the estimator found. During the work, they found more damage. They requested more money and that was the reason it took nearly a month to be completed. He was not completely satisfied with the way he was treated by the employees because of the reasons mentioned. He chose this business because of the company he works for.
