Spoke with Gary. He said they did an excellent job and they provided a detailed explanation for the repairs, the cost estimate details, and what they were trying to do to complete the work. He was very pleased with the work and he does not have any complaints. The vehicle was ready a day late because of issues with the parts. He said Kia sent the wrong part. The personnel were up front about the delay.
