Joy said the business was friendly, customer service was great, and her vehicle was returned in a clean condition. Her only dissatisfaction was the time it took because the business took 1.5 weeks longer than promised to complete the repairs. She was told the longer promise time was due to a parts delay.

I appologize for the extra time it took to repair your car. Due to the age of the vehicle and the type of parts your insurance company paid to use it took extra time to get usable parts for the repair.
