Mary said her vehicle was only a little bit late and chose not to elaborate about the delay length. It was nothing, really. The business didn't contact her to inform her of the vehicle's status, but whenever she called they gave her the information. She didn't know anything about the business when her vehicle needed repairs. It was the first place she saw.
