Christine said the business did a great job. She said she hopes that she won't need them again, but she will only go back to them if needed. Her vehicle was at the business for a week and they did not keep her informed. She said this is not a problem and when she called them they told her that her vehicle would be ready in an hour. She said she asked a woman a question about the computer system and the employee told her she was new and could not answer. The communication could have been better.
