Aixa said the repairs on the vehicle were good. She didn't see any flaws with them and Tom did a fine job explaining to her about the issues with the vehicle that would need to be addressed. She said she had an issue with the communication because she had to call the facility throughout the repair process. The vehicle was ready a little over a week late because the parts did not come in and no one from the facility called to tell her.
