Spoke with Bell. She said it took a month for the vehicle to be ready. They changed the due date several times without giving her a clear reason why. She was told there were insurance company delays and then they said there was a parts delay. The only person who kept her informed was from the insurance company. She said the person in charge of the repair did not come forward with the reasons for the delay and he had a bad attitude. The business did not communicate with her unless she contacted them first. She would not recommend them because they promised the vehicle would be ready one day and when Dallas went to pick it up they told him the vehicle would not be ready that day.
