Ralph said he had no issues with this business, but did not rate his experience with them higher, because he doesn't lay out the red carpet for anyone. He stated there was no need to keep him adequately informed during the repair process, because they only replaced his bumper. Ralph pointed out the following comments have nothing to do with his most recent repairs at this business. He purchased this his vehicle about 6 years ago, he paid cash, and it has 10,000 miles on it, but he's disappointed with the vehicle. He had to have a new bumper installed, because the bumper became loose, and it cracked. He was told by someone at this business that the bumpers cracked on other vehicles like his. Ralph chose not to say who told him. Ralph had the money to pay for the new bumper, but the manufacturer should have taken care of the cost. He concluded, he will never buy another vehicle like this one again.
