Cheryl said she has used this business before and the work and service are always excellent. On this visit she went to get her vehicle and they refused to give it to her until Triple A paid for the repairs. She gave them the Triple A number to verify they were going to pay but they would not even make the call. They made her call the insurance company and have them contact the business. Tom had never treated her that way before and she figured he was having a bad day.
