Christina said she took her vehicle to this business to fix the door handle on the passenger side. Instead of them fixing the door handle on the passenger side, they fixed the door handle on the driver side. While they were in the process of fixing the door handle, they broke another part. She said the main problem was the estimator. She could not understand a word he was saying because he kept mumbling and having an attitude towards her. He told her to come back on her appointment day and she kept telling him that she had an appointment with them. She said he was trying make it seem like everything was her fault. The vehicle was ready in 5 and a half hours because they were trying to fix the part that they broke. She said everyone at this business was great but the estimator. He did give her a refund but she said he did not take care of her. Due to this experience she would not recommend them.
