James said this facility was very efficient in the way a certain communication issue was handled. There was some confusion at first as to who was responsible because his wife went to the dealer and was told to go into the facility for an estimate. When she did, they told her she had to contact the insurance and they would dictate who deals with the estimate. There was confusion and extra time that he had to go through to settle but in the end, it went well.
