Christopher said his vehicle was ready a week and a half to 2 weeks late because they just took too long to finish the repair. He wouldn't recommend the business for service because during the repair process the business dented the back of his vehicle where the trunk and the bumper meet. When he came to pick it u, they pointed out the damage and asked him if he wanted them to fix it. He was very upset about that and he didn't understand why they didn't just fix it before he came to get it. He paid $25,000 for his vehicle, so of course he would want them to fix it. He mentioned that everything was done in bits and pieces. It seemed like there was always something that wasn't fixed and it took forever. He said he thought they were very unprofessional.
