"Friendly service and usually pretty prompt. "
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and was told it would be ready in about 45 minutes. I left there 2 hours later. Too long.

I am very sorry about the amount of time it took to do this oil change. They normally take 45 minutes as we do the oil change and inspection. This one took longer and there are no excuses as to why. This will not happen again. Again we are very sorry.
