Spoke with John. He said the vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday but they called him and explained it would take a little longer to assemble some of the parts. That was alright with him and the vehicle was ready on Monday. His wife called them during the repairs and told them something was in the vehicle she needed. They were nice enough to have it ready for her when she went in to pick it up. He was treated very well and was completely happy with the auto body experience.
