Colleen gave a rating of 4 because the vehicle was technically ready on time, but communication problems kept her from picking up the vehicle in a timely manner. The business called to say the vehicle would be done at 1pm but the message went to her husband and she was monetarily responsible for this vehicle. Colleen tried to pick up the vehicle Saturday, but it had been locked up for the weekend. The following Monday the vehicle was paid for and picked up. She added that the interior lights on this vehicle had been on in an automatic mode and this killed the battery. She recommended that the technicians be careful with the Honda Odyssey because this is a problem for this make and model of vehicle.
