Scott said he was satisfied with the quality of the repair, however, when he turns his wheel to the left, it makes a clunking rattle noise. The noise wasn't present when he dropped his vehicle off at the business, so he is going to have his personal mechanic look at it. He also plans to contact the business regarding this issue as soon as he finds the time. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process and he never heard from them while they had his vehicle, but it wasn't a big deal to him. His vehicle was at the business for a week and he didn't need it during that time.
