Taj said this business does a good job. He said the staff is friendly and nice. The insurance company dealt mostly with this business so he was not given a promised time or an estimate. He is unsure if the insurance company was contacted informing them the vehicle was ready but he was not contacted letting him know the repairs were complete. He said the business could serve him better by initiating and contacting the customer with status updates and completion time.
