Laurie said she was told that the vehicle would be ready on a Thursday but it was not ready until that following Monday. She was first told that it was due to paint work and then she was told that it was due to parts that were not ordered. The person she dealt with was apologetic but it was still inconvenient for her to receive the vehicle late.
