Spoke with Eunice. She said they were polite and they did a perfect job. It's like new. They were short of drivers the day she picked it up, and she had to wait a little, 35-40 minutes, for them to bring the vehicle around, but it was no problem. It was ready the day they said it would be. This business didn't have to keep her informed during the repair. They just told her when she could expect it, told her they would order a part, and gave her a time and date it would be ready. It was under a week. They had to redo the estimate a little due to additional internal damage found, but that was fine. Treatment was perfect. She's in a retirement home and she's from the other side of the state. It was recommended and she's been before with a little bang-up. The vehicle was sent home with a flower on the seat, which was a nice little gesture. The time before they'd given her a little bottle of touch-up paint, so they've done several little nice things additionally that they didn't need to do.
