Good service, never ready when promised
The last 3 services I had done, drop the car off 7:15 am and ask to have it done by 4:45/5:00. I have had to wait , last 2 times almost an hour! Why make an appt?

Astyn,  Thank you for taking the time to write this review.  I hope that you were able to speak with your representative regarding your concern while you were here for your last visit.  As you know we have a very busy dealership and we work hard to communicate with our customers so that we can best meet their individual needs, while being able to provide excellent service to all of our clients.  In the future please let us know if you would like to have your vehicle completed by a particular time, and we will make every effort to complete within your requested time.  You also mentioned that our service deparment delivers "good service", it its very important to each member of our team to take the time neccessary to provide each customer with exceptional service, to complete our jobs with accuracy and to treat our customers with respect and honesty.  Unfortunately with so many unknowns in our typical work day, this mantra often leaves us a little behind schedule.  We are well aware of the inconvenience we can cause for our customer when we are running behind schedule, and we continually work to improve our system to set more accurate expectations.  Again, thank you for your feedback.  We hope to provide you with a more accurate time estimate at your next visit, and look forward to seeing you then.  Thank you for your business!- Abby
