Robert said the first couple times he went to this business, everything was good, but not this time. He needed a new radiator, and an employee suggested he order the radiator himself to save money. He ordered an aluminum radiator from a catalog, and it was not the right one. He spent a lot of time following up, making phone calls to the parts facility, this business, and the shipping facility. He stated he thought the business should have been making those calls. When the correct radiator was finally received and put into the vehicle, he was charged $800 and an additional $150 for storage fees. He should not have been charged the storage fee because it was not his fault, and he did not want to have his vehicle there that long. He stated when he first started going to this business, he thought the employees were sweethearts, but now they have lost a customer.
