The Customer services counter should talk with the customer with Smiling face and Softening voices, would be much better, I am still want to fix my minivan Motor drive Door system, you should give me the competitive price and available parts for repairing.
Hi Supreeya, i CALLED YESTERDAY AND WE SPOKE ABOUT THE SLIDER DOOR AND ESTIMATATING. WE NEED TO SEE DOOR AGAIN. TIRE AND ALIGNMENT JOB WAS DONE LAST IN DAY AS IT ARRIVED AT 4:30 IN THE AFTERNOON. MY TECHICIAN EVEN STAYED LATE TO ACCOMADAITE YOU AND ALIGN THE VEHICLES FRONT END. YOU SAID ALL WENT WELL! TIRES WERE ON END OF YEAR SALE (NO BULL!) SO PRICIING WAS A REAL SALE PLUS A MAIL IN REBATE BRINGS TIRES TO BELLOW MY COST ! MY COUNTER WRITER DOUG IS ON THE COUNTER ALL DAY SPEAKING TO PEOPLE. WE'VE SINCE DISCUSSED BEING PERSONABLE WITH A SMILE. CUSTOMER SERVICE 24/7 IS WEARING AT TIMES SOMETIMES FROM OTHER SITUATIONS! WE ALWAYS ARE CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND RELATIONSHIPS.
