Emily said she was told her vehicle needed additional things to be done and she told them she was choosing not to do them. One person told her to check with her husband because he was sure he would want it done. On another occasion, she told them she couldn't afford to get some extra things done and was told that she should ask her parents for money. These remarks were done on two separate occasions by two different people, one over the phone and the other when she took her vehicle in. It's what they think of a single woman, and she did tell them she could make her own decisions but these remarks really bothered her and it's something for them to watch out for as to the way they treat people. On her last visit, the people were wonderful and her vehicle was spotless.
