Leamon said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because not all of the work was finished and this business had already been paid $10,000 for it. His vehicle was damaged in a hailstorm and a tree limb hit his vehicle and damaged the left door. When the insurance agent wrote up the estimate she wrote down that it was the right door, so it did not get repaired. When he spoke to the person he was working with he was told that the damage could not have been caused by a hailstorm. He has used up all the time on his rental vehicle and now he has to take his vehicle back to this business. They did not perform any paint work on his vehicle. He added that they were pretty courteous. The appearance of the facility was very clean and modern, and he only takes his vehicle to this business for repairs. He knows this business does good work because he has seen them do it a few times before, but this time they let him down.
