AJ said she is happy with her overall experience because they went out of their way to make her comfortable. The personnel followed up with her and sent emails updating her on the progress. When she received her vehicle it was very clean and shiny. She said the appearance of the business was more than she expected because it was very clean. In the waiting area there was candy, pastries, coffee and a television to keep her entertained. She wanted to thank them for doing a good job.
