Gerald said his vehicle was a week late because they had to wait for the adjustor to go back out to the business. When he brought his vehicle in, there was a degree of arrogance in the communication. He had to bring his vehicle back because the light on the bumper had popped out and it had black marks around it. When he took it back the business insisted that the vehicle got hit. The vehicles' light was 1 inch wide and there was no damage to the bumper or anything else. They put the light back in because it was not damaged but there was black marks was around it. His headrest has a missing button, his horn was weak, and his rear passenger door would not open all the way. The body work was fabulous and paintwork was wonderful.
