Claudia said she doesn't want to think about why she didn't rate her overall experience with this business higher. She was promised she would get her vehicle back on Friday, but didn't get it back until the following Thursday. The delay was caused by them finding additional damage, and they had to find someone to paint her vehicle. Claudia wasn't completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel, but didn't want to say why. She would still recommend this business to others if they have time to wait getting their vehicle returned.

Spoke to owner, explained that sometimes after removing the parts in the damaged area that additional damage can be found. At that point more parts were needed and had to be ordered. Being a highline import vehicle, parts take a little longer to get than a domestic model. Owner also wasn't aware that the deductible was paid by her to the shop upon delivery of the vehicle. We have spoken and seemed to have resolved all issues.
