Susanna said she felt they did her wrong by trying to charge her extra money. She said that the ball joints and tire rods were not fixed. Her vehicle was delayed 2 days because they found additional damage. They did not wash her vehicle or clean the inside. She will not recommend this business for the above reasons.

Spoke to owner, she is upset because we called her to let her know that she had some worn front suspension parts unrelated to the accident. Labor on these parts would be included due to overlap with other collision related repairs. She insisted that they were fine before the accident. Advised that it was the insurance company's decision to not include this as part of the loss. I was able to contact the her dealer and work out that because it was a newer car, she would only have to pay a small deductible for the repairs. She seemed to be happy with the outcome and will contact me with the outcome.
