Felecia said she called to get an estimate and she was told that everything would be covered on their end. The day she brought her vehicle in there was no file made for her, so the lady who helped her had to create one. She was told the person who originally helped her with the estimate was on vacation. She said she feels he didn't do what he was supposed to do. She had nothing in writing to support what he told her about the vehicle. She was very satisfied otherwise.
