Latonya said this business is really good. She was pleased with how well the staff at this business kept her informed via email throughout the repair process. Her vehicle was repaired 1 week and 3 days later than the promised date. This inconvenienced her because her insurance company paid $900 and she had to pay an additional amount for the rental car. The staff told her the reason for the hold up was because of a parts delay.
