Lance said it took a couple of days longer, and they didn't tell him the reason for the delay. He stated he thought they were waiting for parts. Lance stated the customer service manager was very informative, and tried to satisfy some of the stuff that couldn't be done because it's an older vehicle. One accessory that couldn't be located was the grill guard. Lance said he would recommend this business based on the quality of the service.
